Q1您觉得现在这个阶段(14-17)的学生

选择艺术的专业方向合适吗?为什么?

现在这个阶段(14-17)的学生,选择艺术专业方向是适合的,因为现在这个阶段的学生的思维和创造能力比较敏捷,老师主要是培养学生的创意思维和动手创作艺术和造型美的能力。

It is suitable for students at this stage (14-17) to choose the direction of art major, because students at this stage are quick in thinking and creativity. Teachers mainly cultivate students' creative thinking and ability to create art and plastic beauty.

Q2在教学上您觉得自己的优势是什么?

可以结合您教授的专业方向进行阐述

在教学上,我的优势是视觉传达设计,我之前也是法国巴黎著名艺术大学视觉传达设计管理专业硕士毕业,所以目前我来教授学生视觉传达设计专业,是完全按照法国巴黎设计管理的教学方式培养学生,法国巴黎本身是奢侈品行业最历史悠久的国家,巴黎是世界时尚之都,所以用法国视觉传达设计的方式教授学生是非常有前瞻性的。

我教授的视觉传达设计专业包含了:图形视觉设计,奢侈品品牌设计、字体造型设计、企业LOGO VI设计、包装设计、广告设计等等

In terms of teaching, my advantage is visual communication design. I also graduated with a master's degree in visual communication design management from the famous University of the Arts in Paris, France .I teach students the major of visual communication design, which is completely trained in accordance with the teaching method of design management in Paris, France. Paris itself is the country with the longest history in the luxury goods industry, and Paris is the fashion capital of the world, so it is very forward-looking to teach students in the way of French visual communication design.

The visual communication design major I teach includes: graphic visual design, luxury brand design, font design, corporate LOGO VI design, packaging design, advertising design and so on.

Q3在国际学校/学校教育中遇到过最棘手的学生问题是什么?

您是如何处理的?

在国际学校学校教育中遇到过最棘手的学生问题是,学生比较有主见,有时候不按照老师教的方法创作,我会教导学生按照老师教授的创作方法进行,因为老师教授的创作方法和方式是十几年的经验,会让学生更快的熟练掌握创作技能。

The toughest student problem I have encountered in international school education is that students are more independent and sometimes do not create according to the method taught by the teacher. I will teach the students to follow the creative method taught by the teacher, because the creative method taught by the teacher is the method more than ten years of experience, which will enable students to master creative skills more proficiently.

Q4您觉得艺术教育对学生的就业而言,优势是什么?

可以举例阐述

我觉得艺术教育对学生的就业而言是非常有优势的,因为现在设计和艺术就业的范围面非常广,从室内建筑设计,到平面广告设计,到产品包装设计,几乎在各行各业都会有很广泛的应用。比如说:各大国际企业的市场部需要设计企业Brand VI品牌设计,国际汽车集团需要新产品的造型开发设计,国际奢侈品品牌会每个季度推出新的香水,护肤品,手袋,和礼盒包装设计等等。

I think art education is very advantageous for the employment of students, because now the scope of design and art employment is very wide, from interior architectural design, to graphic advertising design, to product packaging design, almost in all walks of life. which is very widely used. For example,the marketing departments of major international companies need to design the brand VI brand design of the company, the international automobile group needs the development and design of new products, and the international luxury brands will launch new perfumes, skin care products, handbags, and gift box packaging every quarter design and so on.

Q5您觉得什么样的教育对学生而言最可贵?

启发式和引导式教育对学生最可贵,激发学生的独立思考和独立创作能力。

Heuristic and guided education is the most valuable to students, stimulating students' independent thinking and independent creative ability

Q6作为上海英创学院的一名老师,是否可以给学生一些面对困惑时的建议?(请结合自己的授课方向举例说明)

作为上海英创学院的一名老师,如果学生在我的课程上遇到困惑,我会在授课方向上做一些调整,比如说,放慢创作进度,老师会和学生一起动手团队创作,协助学生一起完成创作作品。因为很多时候,学生的创作还是很稚嫩的,老师应该随时引导学生按照正确的方式进行设计创作。

As a teacher of Shanghai Yingchuang Academy, if students encounter confusion in my course, I will make some adjustments in the teaching direction, for example, slow down the creation progress, the teacher will work with the students to create a team to assist the students complete the creative work together. Because in many cases, students' creations are still very immature, teachers should guide students to design and create in the correct way at any time.

Q7最后,是否可以给学生分享一些你的成功案例?

我曾经在法国,日本,香港,新加坡等多个城市工作,拥有16年以上国际品牌创作经验,曾在全球著名的WPP集团担任多年的设计总监,参与设计的作品曾获国际金奖,比如,日本丰田汽车集团Brand LOGO VI设计金奖;此外我还参与了MAISON&OBJECT法国巴黎家居装饰展、英国伦敦Design Shanghai设计上海展,我的艺术版画也参展过北京今日美术馆展览、JP摩根大通集团的艺术品拍卖。

其他参与创作案例有:法国Martell马爹利酒的包装设计、法国CLARINS娇韵诗快闪店设计、日本KENZO旗舰店设计、马哥孛罗MARCO POLO香港酒店品牌Brand VI设计、美国哈根达斯Häagen-Dazs旗舰店整体的品牌包装和展示空间设计德国Adidas运动品牌展示空间设计等。

I used to work in France, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and other cities, with more than 16 years of experience in international Brand creation. I worked in the world famous WPP group as the design director for many years, participated in the design and won the international gold award, such as Toyota Motor Group Brand LOGO VI Design Gold Award; In addition, I participated in MAISON&OBJECT home decoration exhibition in Paris, Design Shanghai Exhibition in London, and my art prints were exhibited in Today Art Museum Exhibition in Beijing and JP Morgan Chase Group Art Auction.

Other creative cases include: the packaging design of Martell in France, CLARINS Pop-up store in France, KENZO flagship store in Japan, MARCO POLO Hong Kong hotel Brand VI design, overall brand packaging and display space design of Haagen-Dazs flagship store in the United States, and display space design of Adidas sports brands in Germany, etc.
